When booking through an agent (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Wotif etc.)
full payment is required at the time of booking.
For direct bookings rooms will be held upon receipt of;
Credit card details ( number, exp.date and CCV) Visa and Mastercard
only, no AMEX.
You can submit your credit card details securely via our booking system
You can also email or phone them through, there is no fax.
A non refundable deposit of $10 will be charged to your card, on arrival
you have a choice of paying the balance by cash or card.
If your card will expire before your arrival we will charge full amount
at the time of booking.
If you prefer to pre-pay let us know and we can charge full amount at
the time of booking.
Cancellations up to 4 days before arrival: no charge, or refund if
already paid, but $10 administration fee retained.
Cancellations less than 4 days before arrival: full amount charged.
If we can re-book the room a 90% refund can be made.
No-show: full amount charged.
For larger bookings, multiple rooms and/or stays longer than four days stricter conditions may apply as it will be harder to re-book rooms at short notice.
The above cancellation times are calculated from 12 noon which is check-in
A $30 card payment fee applies to Qantas employees paying via credit
card at Rainforest Hideaway.
